What is inspected

  • structural elements, including foundations, load-bearing components, roof, and retaining walls;

  • exterior surfaces and walls;

  • facade, roof of the house, and other external elements;

  • water supply and drainage systems;

  • electrical installations;

  • heating, ventilation, and fireplace;

  • building equipment, including water heater and air conditioning;

  • thermal insulation;

  • consistency with official plans;

  • finishes.

Inspection conditions

The inspection takes approximately 2 hours.

Access to all relevant parts of the property must be agreed in advance with the owner or the person providing access. The inspection is non-invasive and carried out without opening structures or dismantling elements.

The advance payment reserves the inspection date and time and is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

    • the properties are inspected sequentially and must be located in the same city;

    • total inspection time of up to 3 hours;

    • approximately up to 40 minutes per property;

    • written report within 2 business days;

    • photos and recommendations included in the report;

    • answers to questions regarding the report within 7 calendar days;

    • brief verbal summary on the properties immediately after the inspection.

    Stage 2

    • detailed inspection of 1 property selected by the client from the 3 previously viewed properties;

    • house or apartment up to T3 typology, up to 120 m2;

    • inspection time of approximately 2 hours;

    • written report within 2 business days;

    • photos and recommendations included in the report;

    • answers to questions regarding the report within 7 calendar days;

    • brief verbal summary immediately after the inspection.
